At Fireball Safety Workwear, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item due to a change of mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process.
What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags must be attached to the product.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Exclusions:
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
Steps to Obtain a Refund
Contact Us to Initiate a Return:

- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
- Attach clear photo proof of the item(s) showing:
- The overall condition of the item.
- Attached original tags.
- Returns without photo proof or prior authorization will not be accepted.
Follow Return Instructions:
- A customer service representative will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Once authorized, you will need to pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Use a trackable shipping method to send the return to the address provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@fireballworkwear.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photo proof of the defect or incorrect item.
We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
The costs associated with return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Fireball Safety Workwear.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
- We are unable to process exchanges at this time.
- If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after returning the original item.
